Return Policy

  • You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
  • The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the reason for the return is due to quality issues.
  • Unless the return is due to quality issues, the product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we will not be able to accept the return.

    2. Take pictures (if required). If you are returning the product due to quality reasons, we will require you to take some photos documenting the reason for the return. This will help us better understand your issue and find a solution.
    3. Ship the return. Please package your return and send it to us following the instructions we will provide once you have contacted us.
    4. Refund. You will receive your refund within 10 days after we have checked the product upon receiving the return at our warehouse.
