Processing Time non-perishable items
Once your order is placed, we will strive to process and prepare it for shipping within 2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing times.
Processing Time perishable items
Orders with perishable items may be held until the following Monday to avoid weekend storage by the shipping carrier. It does not apply if the customer select expedite shipping.

Changes in the delivery address requested by the customer
Ibérico Taste is not responsible for the handling in the event that the customer requests a change in the delivery address once the package has been shipped. We will do our best to assist you, but we do not take responsibility in the event that the courier company cannot make such a change. Under no circumstances will the order amount be refunded if the package cannot be delivered to the address initially provided by the customer.
